Graphite electrode disc insert for rotating (ring) disk electrode RDE/RRDEs - 5 mm diameter (approx. 4 mm tall). Polished by machine. Due to the nature of graphite, the polished surface still has some non-neglible roughness (a technique like AFM is recommended to quantitatively determine the surface roughness of each disc). Electrochemistry research grade. For use as a stand-alone electrode or as a catalyst substrate.

For optimal operation, machine polish to refurbish after each single use; contact us about our bulk machine polishing services. Depending on usage turnover, we recommend stocking 50 to 400 of our disc inserts, cleaning and saving them after each use, and contacting us for professional bulk refurbishing of the disc surface.
